Paris Saint-Germain is benefiting from the transfer window to the maximum. The Parisian capital's club has recently welcomed another new player.
After Hatem Ben Arfa, Thomas Meunier and Grzegorz Krychowiak, PSG recently formalized the arrival of a fourth recruit. As it was announced several weeks ago, the player of Rosario Central, Giovani Lo Celso, will be joining PSG... for the second half of the season. The player will be continuing his adventure with Rosario Central as a loan in the first part of the season.

The Parisians announced the news via a statement posted on their official website:
"The Argentinian has been transfered and is currently loaned to Club Atlético Rosiaro Central until December 31rst 2016 (...) The lefty with amazing techniques is capable of evolving as an attacking midfielders and is considered as one of the greatest hopes of Argentinian soccer. "
Lo Celso also commented on his transfer:
"I am very excited to sign with Paris Saint-Germain. I will soon be joining one of the most important clubs in Europe, with the greatest players, including my fellow Angel Di Maria and Javier Pastore. I hope to follow in their footsteps and become a key player in my future club. I thank Paris Saint-Germain for the trust they have in me and my former club Rosario Central, which allowed me to reach my dream of becoming a soccer player."
The midfielder, whose only aged of 20 years, might have difficulties imposing himself in the strong team of Paris Saint-Germain however.
