Bad news for both Real Madrid and Gareth Bale.
The British decided that the UK will be leaving the European Union. An extremely important game changer for the Continent but also for... soccer. If the Premier League might have some problems, the clubs that have British players might as well experience difficulties.
Logically, the players from the UK will be considered as non-EU, once the Brexit officially takes place (apparently it will be in 2018 so Madrid can relax). Real Madrid could be one of the first victims, since the White House has the best british player in the Game: Gareth Bale.

If the Welsh is in a tricky situation, Real should be able to make strong choices to keep his top player. James Rodriguez, Danilo or Casemiro could be sold to free up a place for Bale for example.
