Pep Guardiola is already imposing his rules in Manchester City.
The information is coming straight from England, more specifically the Daily Mail, which reports that the Spanish coach had excluded some of his players for a very unusual reason.
On top of being strict with his tactics, Guardiola does not mess around with the diet of his players. The proof: He simply decided to exclude Samir Nasri and Yaya Toure and some other players he considered overweight. Gael Clichy, City's defender confirms: "Some people think that this is normal but it's not always like this" he said in the columns of the British daily. He continues: "You often hear coaches claiming good health is very important but with Guardiola it goes further than that; if you're overweight you don't get to train the team."
The message is clear, Pep Guardiola who likes this kind of disciplinary methods, fully intends to have a fit team for the championship on August 13th.
