It was supposed to be a friendly game though...
At the 70th minute of play Cesc Fabregas decided to completely lose it. During the game against Liverpool for the pre-season preparations, the Blues' midfielder literally broke the bones of the Reds' new player, Ragnar Klavan.
The player didn't even protest when the referee expelled him from the game because he was aware of the violence of his tackle. Even if Liverpool's player got up after this action, the injury could have been more dramatic. Antonio Conte's new Chelsea won 1-0 thanks to Cahill's goal (number 10) after a corner of... Fabregas.
